Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to MindMath SA, operated by MindMath SA.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new MindMath SA subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net, enter the email you used at checkout, and follow the steps to request a refund on the relevant transaction; or
  • Email us at hello@mindmath.co.za with your order number and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Renewals and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Billing page, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for the unused portion of a current period, but you may request one within the 30-day window above. Annual subscriptions outside the 30-day window are generally non-refundable, but please contact us — we review requests case-by-case.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is clear evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles), or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
