We want you to feel confident when subscribing to MindMath SA. Basic and Premium each provide a free trial, giving you an opportunity to explore the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

For website purchases processed through Paddle, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Website payments are processed by Paddle.com. To request a website-purchase refund, visit paddle.net or contact MindMath SA at hello@mindmathsa.com with the email address used for the purchase and your order number.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and your bank.
After the 30-day period
Refund requests made more than 30 days after the order date will still be considered fairly on a case-by-case basis, particularly where:
a duplicate or incorrect payment was made;
a significant technical problem caused by MindMath SA prevented you from accessing the service and we were unable to resolve it;
you were charged after properly cancelling your subscription;
the service was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase; or
a refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Google Play Store Purchases
If your MindMath SA subscription or purchase was made through Google Play, Google Play is the purchase channel and its refund policies and procedures apply first.
Request Google Play refunds through Google Play. Refund eligibility may depend on when the purchase was made, the reason for the request, applicable law and Google Play's policies. Where Google Play directs a refund request to MindMath SA, we will assess the request fairly in accordance with this Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law. Our website 30-day guarantee does not override Google Play's required process, but nothing in this policy limits statutory rights.
Purchases made directly through the MindMath SA website or another payment provider are not processed by Google Play and must be handled through the payment provider used for that transaction.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle the subscriber to a refund for a subscription period that has already been paid for or used.
